Report a concern about an NDIS provider
If you, a participant, or someone you support is at immediate risk of harm, call 000 first.
Step 1 · Tell the NDIS Commission
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is the regulator. They investigate, take action and protect participants. Their service is free, confidential and available in your language.
Open 9am–5pm in your state, Monday to Friday. You can complain anonymously.
Step 2 · Let us know (optional)
We collect concerns to help other families. We never publish your details, and we never publish raw allegations — concerns inform an internal review only, and only show on a profile as a moderated count once verified.
